Mark Gasol becomes Lakers player, McGee traded to Cleveland
Center Mark Gasol (35 years old, 211 cm) will continue his career with the Lakers. According to ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarovski, he will sign a two-year agreement for $ 2.6 million.
To get Gasol, the Lakers sent center Javail McGee to Cleveland along with a second-round pick. In return, they received Jordan Bell (1.8 million) and Alfonzo McKinney (1.8 million) on non-guaranteed contracts. The Lakers will have to partially guarantee these agreements for the trade to take place.
Gasol was chosen Lakers under the 48th pick in the 2007 draft.
